Not going to lie that the multimedia storytelling isn’t that easy to do considering how much of a disaster the story in Final Fantasy XV has become. But that’s not the case at all with God Eater where it’s fun to explore the lore despite the story expanded into multiple formats.
We tend to think that the anime we watch is a direct adaptation from manga, video game, and a light novel. But that’s not the case with Girlish Number. The story that you see in the anime isn’t the same as the one in the manga and light novel.

While I do read a handful of josei manga, I find that I tend to gravitate towards manga by Ai Yazawa the most. It’s not that much different from your typical josei manga. But these unique characteristics somehow make her manga a fascinating read.
