What type of payment do you accept for the ebook purchase?
I accept PayPal and major credit card payments such as Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
I don't live in the US and Canada. Can I still buy the ebooks from you?
Of course, you can.
What will happen after I purchase my ebook from you?
I lost the ebook that I purchased from you. Do I need to buy from you again?
Nope, you don’t have to. You can access the ebooks you’ve purchased through your account. You can log in to your account at any time to re-download the books
Do you offer a refund for the ebook purchase?
If you purchase my ebook through a retailer such as Amazon Kindle, Kobo, Nook, Apple Books, etc., please contact their customer support on how to get a refund for the books you purchase there.
You said that I'll get free ebooks if I buy any of your ebooks. How can I get one?
The link to claim the ebooks is available at the end of the book. You will gain access to download the free ebooks after you’ve confirmed your email address.
Keep in mind that this page only contains the free ebooks. So, don’t forget to check your email for the download link of the books you purchased.
I have your online store's coupon code. Where do I use it?
You can enter your coupon code on the Checkout page before you finalize your payment. Look for the ‘Have a coupon?’ link at the checkout page.
Just be sure to check the coupon’s expiry date, since some coupons are only available for a limited time.
Do I need a special app to read your ebooks?
That will depend on the ebook format you purchase. If you purchase the ebook in PDF format, then you will need Adobe Reader to open the file. I believe that most computers come with the basic Adobe Reader, which is good enough to open any files in PDF. Or you can simply use the Kindle app/Cloud Reader if you’ve uploaded the file via Send to Kindle.
If you purchase the ebook in EPUB format, then you will need to have an ebook reader that supports the EPUB file. You can use Adobe Digital Reader if you want to read the book on your computer. If you prefer to read the book on your phone or tablet, then any ebook reader will do since these ebook readers support the EPUB file.
I want to read your ebooks on my Kindle app or Kindle device. Which ebook format should I get?
Get the ebook in ePUB file. Use Send to Kindle to upload your ebooks automatically to your Kindle.
I've bought ebooks from you, but I don't see the books anywhere on my Kindle. What gives?
You need to upload the ebooks using Send to Kindle. Once you upload the ebooks through Send to Kindle, it will automatically upload and sync the ebooks to your Kindle.
Just so you know, you can upload PDF files to your Kindle. But for a better reading experience, I highly recommend you upload the ePUB files to your Kindle instead.
I want to read your ebook on my Apple Books app or Kobo app. Which ebook format should I get?

Is your book available at the physical bookstore?
Unfortunately, my book isn’t available at the physical bookstore. But hey, you can always ask your favorite bookstore to stock my book.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do. I use Lulu as my printer, and they ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Each book is printed specifically for your order to ensure the highest quality. Typically, it takes 3–5 business days for production and an additional 5–10 business days for shipping, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer a refund for the print book purchase?
This will depend on where you purchase the book. If you purchase the book on the retailers’ websites, then you will need to contact them about issuing a refund.
But if you purchase it through my online store, I will only offer refunds if your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect. Because my print books are produced specifically for your order, I don’t offer refunds for a change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is my priority. If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact me within 14 days with a photo of the issue, and I will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
