According to the description, it’s still the same game with the same content despite having a different name. The only thing that differentiates this one from Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is the language.

Just a heads up if you’re wondering which one you should get. If English is the only language you can understand, then it’s obvious that you should get Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.
